In that inspection - and through feeling-sensitivity to Adi Da as the Radiant Force of Non-separateness - it is possible to discover that you are "doing" this stress, contracting into separateness, in every moment. This discovery is true "self"-understanding.
You are doing this contraction. The stress you say you are feeling is the result of that... The more you feel that you yourself are doing it, the more it relaxes... You are, as it relaxes, directly surrendered, truly forgetting yourself, entering into the Field of Non-separateness - which is My Very Nature, Condition, Sign, Demonstration, Transmission.
