What is the Spiritual process, ultimately? It is a matter of keeping attention in Happiness rather than in un-Happiness - keeping it in the Well of Happiness, the Condition, the present Locus in which Happiness, the Current of Love-Bliss, is actually felt - and on that basis developing the various aspects of the Way.
Adi Da Samraj
In this classic Discourse, His Divine Presence Adi Da Samraj admonishes His listeners to embrace Spiritual life on the basis of expressing and practicing Happiness at every level of the being. By this "location of Happiness" (even bodily), the ego's method of un-Happiness and the search to relieve un-Happiness is undone in the Divine Current of Prior and Present Happiness.
That God can, among other things, actually incarnate in human form once seemed unbelievable to me. But seeing Adi Da Samraj and reading His books obliterated all doubt.
